Not many people know this, but on the planet Sqornshellous Zeta, there exists a race of sentient mattresses. These mattresses get caught, slaughtered, dried out, shipped out and slept on. None of them seem to mind this and all of them are called Zem. This is an artist's rendition of a famous historical event. A mattress had just met a robot.

This picture is for Melissa, since she suggested it...

I love it when I'm in the middle of a book and I read something and it's like "omf so tahts what that random picture of a robot with a mattress was about".

Stuff like that happened a lot when I read HHGG.
